Fake / Copy Dirt Deflectors - Notice to all Riders, Machine Examiners and Referees.
The SCB has received information that a number of fake / copy Dirt Deflectors are being circulated.
For both your own, and fellow competitors safety, the SCB would like to remind all Riders, Machine Examiners and Referees of Speedway Regulation 04.2.7 Dirt Deflectors.
Specifically;
i. Are compulsory and must be FIM Homologated, including all the parts.
ii. A Dirt Deflector not conforming to these regulations, including copies or fakes, will be impounded.
The list of homologated Dirt Deflectors is listed on Page 48 of the 2020 Speedway Control Bureau Regulations which is available via the SCB Web Site.
